Warrington Bank Quay - 12th August 2008
STATION OBSERVATION AT WARRINGTON BANK QUAY
12th August 2008 Ten members attended this fixture. The Fiddlers Ferry coal workings brightened up what was otherwise a mundane day, which was interspersed with heavy rain showers and the occasional clap of thunder. The revamped station buffet is now open and like the one at Chester station does not accept the ‘Bite’ discount card. Work is progressing on the new booking office at the station entrance.Only a few of the sightings from this fixture have been recorded and are provided in good faith.
