The Sheffield Branch was formed in 1950 and has continued with success since then to the present day and it is felt appropriate to celebrate reaching the 60th milepost. It has been decided to follow the pattern set at previous celebrations. These will held on Saturday 25th September 2010 at Tapton Hall, Shore Lane, Fulwood Road, Sheffield, S10 3BU.
The format is to arrive at 10.00 and then after welcome addresses, speeches, and a presentation a 3 course lunch will be served. At 14.00 a vintage bus will depart for a visit to the South Yorkshire Transport Museum at Aldwarke. This will return to Tapton Hall for attendees to collect any cars left there. The cost is £27 per person.
Further details and a booking form can be obtained from the branch secretary, Alan Lovecy either by post to 28 Black Hill Rd, Rotherham S65 3DU, telephone 01709 547033 or by e-mail
