Looks like it is the approach to Middlesbrough railway station with the docks to the right. Middlesbrough's Riverside stadium now stands just to the right with the dockland areas being extensively redeveloped.

Approching Guisbrough Jcn looking west towards Middlesbrough from Redcar direction. I think the large building on the left is the Dragonara Hotel.
