Wigan, Springs Branch, looking north. The first bridge carried Cemetery Road, Ince and is still there, whilst the second bridge used to carry the ex-LYR line from Hindley to Pemberton, avoiding Wigan Wallgate, but was removed many years ago. This box used to stand adjacent to Springs Branch MPD which was to the right of the DMU.
