Helpston (MR) the DMU is heading towards Peterborough North, the Goods Shed is still there and has been turned into flats. At the point where the DMU is this is now where a junction has been installed to connect all North Bound passenger and freight to the ECML.

I wonder what the large stack of material in front of the granary is. Clinker indicates that although public goods facilities were withdrawn in 1965, private siding traffic continued for a while. The RCH 1956 Handbook of Stations lists Towgood & Beckwith Ltd, Arborfield Paper Mills, which begs the questions does the stack consist of paper bales?

That's an interesting observation, Mark. Enlargement shows that the track, though appearing long out of use, is intact and useable. There is a solitary wagon, a 3-plank open as far as I can tell, under the canopy of the bulding!
