I think that we have arrived at the point where the sidings leading to the disused West Hallam Colliery diverged to the left, these being where the open cast coal was loaded. I think that the loco's have detacthed the empty wagons on the running line and are about to run round them via the line on our left taking the front brake van with them. We are looking NNW.
