A United Steel Companies Yorkshire Engine Co Janus loco collecting empty iron ore tipplers late 1960's or early 1970's. This is the throat of the seven reception sidings looking north toward the BR junction where the light posts end. This site is now part of the Rocks by Rail Museum and forms the car park entrance with the roadway following the route of the loco. This may be DE5 which is preserved on site.

Judging from the dates of the adjoining views this sequence at Cottesmore and Exton Park must date from June 1972.
