I think this is Syston North Jct, looking south, with Leicester away to the right. Syston South Jct signalbox visible on the right. Class 44/45 coming off the curve from the Peterborough direction.

Syston Junc Nr Leicester, the 44 is coming off the curve from the Melton Mobray direction possibly heading back to Toton.

Taken from the signal box, looking towards Leicester with Syston South in the distance. The class 44 has come from the Manton Junction direction and is traversing the North Curve from Syston East to head light along the Down Goods line.

I'd say that's Syston North Jct, taken from the 'box steps with a Class 44 coming off the curve from Syston East. Syston South 'box visible in the distance.
