Following his talk to the Railway & Canal Historical Society in January on politics and railways in Wales, Phil returns to focus on Ireland.
The talk will be given at the November meeting of the Railway & Canal Historical Society at the Friends Meeting House, 6 Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NS on Saturday, 9th November starting at 2:00pm.
