TV Programme

The facilities for the film were made available by the GWR. Paddington Station obviously comes in with Stars, Castles and Kings...

2018 The RCTS Forum is progressing in membership and guest numbers, posts and topics ? let?s keep it going! The preservation movement seems to be well organized especially with the way that new ?historic? locomotives are progressing. The rail tour providers continue to come up with worthwhile days (...

Tyseley 50th Anniversary
Bob had never been to Tyseley and it is at least 30 years since I had visited, so this was a good place to visit. So yesterday, Saturday 29 September, off to St Pancras on the highspeed, a trek to Marylebone, firstly to sort out our train. The Chiltern Railways timetable we collected from the Chilte...

Re: STEAM at Swindon
Thanks for this. We took care to be right over an engine on the return journey, and double checked on the other side on arrival at Paddington!

STEAM at Swindon
STEAM at Swindon Yesterday, 10th September 2018, I joined friends on a hurriedly arranged visit to STEAM. It was not until after tickets were booked that I realised that it was to be my first visit since I left employment there in 1963. Travel from Paddington and back was in Class 800s. We were expe...
