Printed copies of the 2016 Index are now available by post form the Branch Liaison Secretary Alan Cooke. Members are requested to include a C5 size SAE.
Alternatively they can be collected from Vron Cooke at the AGM.

The new operators have announced that they will be known as LSWR -- London and South Western Railway - a familiar name to many.

A comment in Chris Potts?s book Windsor to Slough ? a Royal Branch Line of a royal train journey states that due to the limited platform space at Windsor the Royal Waiting room at Slough was used. This is stated to be on the platform used for up trains for the general public which is now Platform 3....
