A more unusual one for me: a picture of a train!

This is 150127 seen today (14 February 2017) at Shirehampton. The First Great Western livery is pretty standard, except for the National Express-era ScotRail logo at the top of the centre cab window.

Seen today, but no photo unfortunately:

Liskeard signal box still has a Regional Railways name board.

Network SouthEast pops up again. I saw this in Bourne End ticket office today (25 August 2017):

Surprised no-one has mentioned the Moorgate branch; the underground stations, especially Essex Road, are in an NSE time-warp.

Image

Essex Road still has NSE names on the tunnel wall, whereas these were replaced with WAGN purple ones at Moorgate, Old Street and H&I, but on the platform side, all four stations still have NSE signs and the decorative tiling installed at the same time!

Obsolete BR era Red Star sign still in place at the start of the approach road leading to Pewsey station, Wilts. Photo taken Oct 2015 but still in place on my last visit Feb 2018.

Vintage early 70s BR Trespass notice at Bradford-on-Avon. Still there in 2018 but even more faded now! UPDATE Sadly removed September 2018 when the adjacent station platform 2 extended to accommodate 5 car 'Turbo' formations.

Again, this 1970s sign still remains in place at Portsmouth Harbour station on platform 1, near the slipway leading down to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal.
