Can any member out there assist John Hennis [22732] with his enquiry?

I am visiting Vietnam for a month in March/April next year. I am flying in to Saigon, travelling by train eventually finishing in Hanoi for the F1 GP. I wonder if there is anyone in the society to advise on any railway interest, be it industrial, freight or museums.
There was talk in 2017 that steam could be used for a tourist line in Central Vietnam but cannot find any more recent information.
