As you can see this is from Enfield libraries and claims to be the last train through Edmonton Low Level....
The only certain thing is it is not Edmonton Low Level

And is it a GE J15?

Any ideas where it might be?

This was posted as while it 'looked' like Edmonton Low Level there were certain landmarks missing Esp the New Road Bridge and the Granada Cinema which should have been in the background. Since posting this it would appear the Enfield Council library have made an error as the picture is reversed! Once that info was to hand everything fell into place. The loco is south of the LC, where in the original, and wrong, print it appears to be north of the LC My thanks to the chaps on the LNER forum for putting me straight.
It just goes to show that pictures should not be taken as 'gospel' on first viewing. In fact i will be contacting the Enfield Library to tell them of their error. Othersie in years to come anyone looking at the photo would then do as i erroneously did, and would not have the assistance of a third party to put them right

Here is the correct orientation for the record

Case closed!
